Abyssea (Empyrean Armor) Rules

    This event is dedicated to obtaining and upgrading Empyrean JSE for members who sign up on the forum here. Events will be scheduled around the members who request the specific pieces.

Empyrean Upgrade Event Rules

Requirements

  1. You need to be Lv.85+ in order to participate.
  2. You need to have Abyssea access.

Conduct & Participation

  1. This event requires you to sign up on the forums before you can obtain any +1 or +2 upgrade items.
    • If you wish to participate in this event, you are required to first fill out the form on the appropriate thread.
    • Drop-ins will only be allowed to lot on freelot items.
  2. Jobs will be selected by the leader before event start.
    • In order to make sure we can work together to get the run done efficiently and effectively, jobs will be determined by the leader before event start.
    • Failure to accept the choices made will result in your denial of attendance.
  3. You must arrive on-time for the event.
    • Unless something catastrophic happens, the event starts at the time listed. Everyone who's attending is expected to be ready by that time.
    • If you can't make the time listed, please inform the event leader. If possible, the event will be delayed so you can attend, and you will not incur a penalty if you don't make it on time.
  4. You're required to follow the leader's instructions.
    • Please listen to what you're told, or you may be removed from the event!

Items & Lotting

  1. You will not be allowed to lot anything until given permission by the Event Leader.
    • This ensures everyone has an equal chance and items/equipment can be moderated more efficiently.
    • You will be removed from the event if you lot without permission.
  2. The item priority for upgrade items will be Specific Pieces>Requested Jobs>Freelot.
    • The highest priority will be the 5 specific pieces you request on the forums.
    • If something drops that no one has listed as their item priority, then it will be lottable by people who've listed the jobs they're after on the forums.
    • If no one has that job listed as a priority or already has them, then it will go to freelot.
  3. You can change your requested items and jobs once a week.
    • Leadership can see the revision history of posts. If you're caught altering the items on your list more than once a week without permission, you will be temporarily unable to lot on items.
    • After an event, if you finish obtaining all the items to upgrade an Empyrean piece, the leadership will edit the post to reflect it. Please do not alter the changes made (unless Geldin starts drawing penises on your post).
  4. Members who take the time out to aid in farming and holding the pops for NMs for this event will be given higher priority during event scheduling.
    • For the members who take time out to farm up their pop items, or farm them with us, we will schedule the events to pop those NMs sooner than ones that require Timed NM spawns or more farming from the group itself.

    If you have any questions about the rules, please send one of the Event Leaders a /tell. If you've fully read the rules and want to do this, when I ask you "What sound do turtles make?" respond with "Omnom" in order to be accepted. If you have any problems with any of the other participating members, please discuss it in private with the Event Leader. If you feel you were wrongly accused of inappropriate conduct or punished by the Event Leader, please contact either Yukixio or Andreah to help resolve this matter.
